Q- What is Dark Autumn about?

A- Its about five young people who begin careers in space.  Just after they begin their careers, an Earth spaceship is detained by an evil planet.  The youngsters will be forced to play a pivotal role in solving the crisis.

Q- Is your military experience used in the book?

A- Yes. I observed how people reacted differently to situations, and kept a journal of this.  People in the military aren't like you see in Hollywood.  I want my stories to be realistic, based on real people and situations.

Q- So, the goods guys won't always win in your stories?

A- Most of the time they will win.  But all the good guys will not always survive.  That's just  the way in works in the military.  And sometimes even a major charactor will not survive.

Q- So I'll need some tissues reading your books?

A- I hope so!  It means I've done a good job as an author, and written stories and charactors that people care about.

Q- Any advice for unpublished authors?

A- Just keep writing, and read about how to write well.  Don't give up.  Keep plugging away and submitting stories.  Research your topics, and try to get your work professionally edited and reviewed before you submit it.

A- Just email me and I will arrange that with you.  I will respond to all emails and guestbook entries as quickly as possible.
